REFERAL PROGRAM

 

At Apex Professional Care, we highly value referrals and are grateful when our community introduces caregivers or seniors in need of service to us. By participating in our referral program, you have the opportunity to receive rewards by referring individuals to work with us. Whether it's a friend, family member, classmate, former colleague, neighbor, or someone in need of service, referring them could earn you incentives!

We appreciate your referrals and express our gratitude through incentives.

 

Here's how it works:

1. Refer

   • Provide Referral Information: Share the potential client's name, phone number, or valid contact information.

   • Ensure Your Recognition: The referred client must mention your name as their referrer.

2. Successful Placement

   • When your referral successfully joins our team or becomes a client, you become eligible for incentives.

3. Receive Rewards

   • Enjoy the rewards or incentives as a token of our appreciation.

Referral Rewards

• Caregiver Referral: Once the referred caregiver has completed 30 days of service, you'll receive rewards or incentives.

• Service Referral: If it's someone in need of service, you'll receive rewards or incentives after 30 days of service are completed.

Referral Bonus Structure

• Clients billing 10-12 hours/week qualify for a referral bonus.

• Clients billing 13-39 hours/week qualify for a higher referral bonus.

• Clients billing 40+ hours/week qualify for the highest referral bonus.

 

The referral bonus is issued after the completion of the first billing cycle to confirm the authorized hours. Thank you for being a part of our community and for helping us serve more individuals in need.
